This past year, I invented and designed "TIME", an Advanced Thermal Interferential Molecular Energy Device comprising two Beams at a Differential in Frequencies that coincide on a target and then generate a third interferential wave pattern or frequency (based upon the differential in frequencies of the two incoming EM Waves/Beams), achieving a standing wave pattern which amplifies and permeates throughout a target achieving internal molecular resonance and target disintegration. Unlike a "Laser" or "Particle Beam Weapon" that "punches" a hole through a target in the precise location that it contacts a "target" or mass, the 3rd Interferential Wave Pattern generated by "TIME" internally within a target, e.g., an aircraft carrier or jet aircraft, etc., or even an asteroid (for peaceful applications which will protect the Earth), permeates throughout the complete mass of the target from its point or area of initial contact and beam intersection. This technology is more advanced in some areas than the Russian Intersecting Interference Beam Weapon System that was used in the downing of a number of Commercial Airline Flights (as tests) and, according to two U.N. (United Nations) Advisors I've previously spoken with, in the downing of the U.S. Space Shuttle a number of years ago. Also, according to the two U.N. Advisors, it has already been accessed and acquired by an alliance of the Japanese and Russian Mafias. Regardless, I am only interested in the commercial, industrial and humanitarian technology developments, markets, applications and implementations of the "TIME" Devices and Technology, e.g., for mining and medical applications, etc.. Thorpe Inc. in Los Angeles and with COEN Inc. as Project Engineer at their world-wide headquarters in Woodland Hills, California. COEN Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of Industrial Burners, etc., in the world. Company in Palmdale, California and which Bob Chapman spent one and one half years on the engineering design and as Project Engineer, completely overseeing the machine shop work and the prototype's fabrication, etc., (Note: Mrs. Lowell Hukill, formerly, U.S. State Department and Personal Secretary to former U.S. Ambassador Henry Cabot Lodge at the U.S. Embassy in Saigon, Vietnam, told Colonel Hukill, "Phil", Calvin Lee (former Guerrilla Warfare Weaponry Advisor to the U.S. Navy for fourteen years, designer of the original NORAD computer prototype, National Intelligence Agency, U.S. Naval Technical Intelligence Agency, a friend of former U.S. President Ronald Reagan since his tenure in office as Governor of the State of California, a decent, honorable and patriotic American who was a close friend, partner and mentor of mine, who was a supporter of A.I.M., having fought in Vietnam with the sons of Indian Chiefs) and I that Norman Baker called her on the phone and threatened her life saying that her "body bag is waiting.".) I have learned that Norman Baker had made presentations of the Cook Intertial Propulsion System" to BOEING in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. in the late 1990s on a number of occasions. Others involved included the inventor, Bob Cook, Naresh Mehra (an associate of Norman Baker who owned the Rose restaurant in Vencie, California), Mark Nieman (a partner of Norman Baker at their real estate company in Venice, California), Craig Epstein (a student at the Church of Scientology in Los Angeles (Hollywood), California, U.S.A.) and Isadore M. Chait ("Is Chait"), owner of the I. M. Chait Art Gallery in Santa Monica, California, U.S.A. who had also done advanced levels of study and training at the Church of Scientology in Los Angeles (Hollywood), California.. I once read a letter to Bruce from Colonel Hsu expressing interest in his Mark Air Radial System for flatproof bicycle and motor vehicle tires, the first letters forming the acronym for the MARS weapon or Particle Beam Laser. Taiwan had invited and flown Bruce over to Taiwan for discussions about acquiring the technology for the MARS weapon system or Particle Beam Laser for Taiwan. (I had nothing to do with this, I might add.) This type of technology was later announced as a part of then U.S. President Ronald Reagan's Space Policy Address at Edwards AFB (Air Force Base) in California, United States of America, which I attended after the landing of one of the U.S. space shuttles. Edwards is not far from where I used to jog in the Mojave desert just outside of Palmdale, California, as I had established a project at APS company in Palmdale where we built a prototype of an experimental inertial drive system based on the conversion of centrifugal force into linear force and motion (linear momentum). After visiting with him at his home in the valley area just north of Los Angeles, former U.S. astronaut Colonel Gordon Cooper travelled out with me to take a look at the prototype at APS company, which he was quite interested in at the time. Unlike a "Laser" or "Particle Beam Weapon" that "punches" a hole through a target in the precise location that it contacts a "target" or mass, the 3rd Interferential Wave Pattern generated by "TIME" internally within a target, e.g., an aircraft carrier or jet aircraft, etc., or even an asteroid (for peaceful applications which will protect the Earth), permeates throughout the complete mass of the target from its point or area of initial contact and beam intersection. (Central Intelligence Agency), i.e., by Colonel Mark Hsu who was a Director of the Taiwanese C.I.A.. This was like a Hollywood "cloak and dagger" movie to us at the time as we were younger and adventurous! I once read a letter to Bruce from Colonel Hsu expressing interest in his Mark Air Radial System for flatproof bicycle and motor vehicle tires, the first letters forming the acronym for the MARS weapon or Particle Beam Laser. Taiwan had invited and flown Bruce over to Taiwan for discussions about acquiring the technology for the MARS weapon system or Particle Beam Laser for Taiwan. (I had nothing to do with this, I might add.) This type of technology was later announced as a part of then U.S. President Ronald Reagan's Space Policy Address at Edwards AFB (Air Force Base) in California, United States of America, which I attended after the landing of one of the U.S. space shuttles. Edwards is not far from where I used to jog in the Mojave desert just outside of Palmdale, California, as I had established a project at APS company in Palmdale where we built a prototype of an experimental inertial drive system based on the conversion of centrifugal force into linear force and motion (linear momentum). After visiting with him at his home in the valley area just north of Los Angeles, former U.S. astronaut Colonel Gordon Cooper travelled out with me to take a look at the prototype at APS company, which he was quite interested in at the time. Without digressing further, I wanted to mention one of the numerous conversations I had with Bruce MacFarlane in which he told me that the British and American governments became quite interested in the potentials for beam weapons systems after a flock of sea-gulls flew in front of a radar transceiver during WWII and were "fried" from the inside out. Perhaps this introduced an interest in microwave ovens or inspired Colonel Sanders, I don't know! Around the same time the U.S. Navy was involved in developing the technology implemented in the Philadelphia Experiments. I still have copies of the receipts for the money that I forwarded by certified cheques to Alex Pezarro for the Antigravity Project. Shortly thereafter, attempts on people's lives were being made. A sniper's bullet shattered the front windshield of the pick-up truck owned by one of our partners, Bob Woodyard, of Delta Bearing and Supply Inc., located in the Pittsburgh-Antioch area of Northern California, while driving on his way to work at his father's company one morning. I was also visiting the area at this time and saw the truck. Mrs. Lowell Hukill's life was directly threatened in numerous phone calls saying that "her bodybag is waiting.". I have involved myself in academic studies for decades of the various "Secret Societies" of our world and their traditions, cultures, histories, families and reasons for being! When my friends, partners and mentors, U.S. Colonel Phil Hukill, Calvin Lee and I worked on the projects daily, one of my bodyguards for a number of weeks was at the highest levels of one of the Japanese families. Howard's uncle was a wealthy owner of vineyards in California and he used to train in martial arts with Calvin and Phil each week. I soon determined that I did not need a bodyguard. About one week later, when I was visiting my partners in northern California and staying in a remote motel in an industrialized area, there was a direct attempt on my life that left me lying in a field adjacent to a parking lot covered in mud and blood. Even the Concord police, who came by shortly thereafter on a routine patrol during this three hour ordeal, cleared out and did not want to have anything to do with the "military hit", as they described the events. I had even shown them the copy of your film about the Antigravity technology that I had earlier carried out to the dark parking lot to put in the trunk of the Hertz Cougar (rent-a-car) that I had at the time. Just a short while earlier, in the almost completely dark parking lot, the lights of a car came on, the tires screeched and the vehicle quickly accelerated upwards of 50 mph coming directly towards me in an open area and then swung sideways to try and take me out. I barely escaped and spent the next two hours trying to get away! When later, in a 30 mph zone in Concord on a city street, I was accelerating upwards past 70 mph, I once again passed by the two officers who were parked alongside the city street. They pulled out and drove the other way! Colonel Phil Hukill and Calvin drove two hours or so north along the Interstate to meet me halfway and provided security back to the Valencia-Newhall area just outside of the Los Angeles basin. I hold the Military and Intelligence Agencies of the United States of America and Canada directly responsible for the ongoing attempts on our lives, on the lives of those who were decent, honourable, highly ethical, humanitarian and patriotic citizens of the United States of America and Canada, and who had even been involved in the early establishment of the North American Security Agencies, e.g., the U.S. National Security Agency, et al., when true American Patriots were in charge of the United States of America. Even U.S. Colonel Phil Hukill and Calvin Lee, who were one time at the top of the American Security Services, advised me never to contact anyone from these agencies and NASA as they had become infiltrated and corrupted by vested interests and influential factions that were now directing a lot of the activities of the U.S. Security Services and of the U.S. Armed Services. It was also indicated to me in no uncertain terms that these interests no longer clearly supported the original U.S. Constitution and U.S. Declaration of Independence yet that they followed their own agendas! However, this was 1981. I signed the contract with Mr. George Hathaway, his father, Mr. Norman Hathaway and Mr. Alex Pezarro to develop your Lift Induction Device and Antigravity Technology in 1982 out in the country at, as I recall, the Red Lions Inn, in Washington State. I then began sending money to Mr. Alex Pezarro and to Mr. George Hathaway. The letter from the U.S. Department of Energy conclusively states that U.S. Colonel John Alexander worked with U.S. Army Intelligence and then with the U.S. Los Alamos National Research Laboratory. He contracted Mr. George Hathaway and Mr. Alex Pezarro, et al., back in 1983. To do this, he would have had to initiate the process earlier in 1982. Attempts on the lives of my partners and I began to occur along with numerous threats, e.g., to the life of Mrs. Lowell Hukill, a very decent, spiritual and patriotic American citizen who had earlier worked with the U.S. State Department at the U.S. Embassies in Paris, France and in Saigon, Vietnam, etc.. I used to live at the Hukill's home in Valencia, California which is located just northeast of the Los Angeles basin area. Phil (U.S. Colonel Phil Hukill) was in charge of the original financial establishment of the senior U.S. Intelligence Service and Organization, the U.S. National Security Agency (N.S.A.) and he was retired when I met and knew him as my close friend, partner and mentor. He had also previously been the Financial Comptroller of the N.S.A. for nine years, Financial Comptroller of Lockheed's L10-11 Program for around nine or ten years, U.S. Army Counter-Intelligence, U.S. National Intelligence Authority and he had negotiated and co-ordinated the SEATO Treaty (South East Asian Treaty Organization). U.S. Army Intelligence would have known all of this information yet they allowed the events to occur! U.S. Colonel Phil Hukill was an American Patriot, humanitarian, honorable, decent, highly ethical and a strong supporter of human rights for all decent human beings, regardless of one's country of origin, religious beliefs or their particular cultures and race. I listened to about a dozen tapes made by a minister about leading a spiritual life that Phil and Lowell had given to me which I began to practice almost daily. They were a great inspiration in my life. Yet, the U.S. government, U.S. Army Intelligence, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Pentagon and the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency betrayed one of their own, one of the most loyal, patriotic and decent American citizens I have ever known! Director's Message

The following contains information about James Black who was a friend of mine that shared a mutual humanitarian vision for the planet as we do here at Psi APPLICATIONS. Originally I was introduced to him by Eldon Byrd. Unfortunately I regret to say that both of these fine people are no longer with us. The circumstances under which they both left this life are very suspicious in nature.

Evidently others that were close to James Black think the same, as we received an e-mail from someone that would only identify themselves as "a Friend of James Black's". It is only proper that we post this e-mail message here titled "A Small Tribute to James W. Black", in honor of the 1st year anniversary of his death.

Following the tribute the original article titled 'INSIDERS RELEASE KNOWLEDGE OF SAUCER AND ANTI GRAVITY TECHNOLOGY AND CONSPIRACY OF US BLACK OPPS TO STEAL AND MILITARIZE IT 'is posted in its entirety. It chronicles the story on how I came to know both Eldon and James, and eventually John Hutchison, who is known throughout the world for his breakthroughs in physics with his 'Hutchison Effect'.

This material is being made available in an effort to advance the understanding of these most important issues of our time: environmental, political, human rights, democracy, scientific, and social justice to name a few. It may be added to as time goes on. We encourage and fully invite any interested organizations of like mind to to help us preserve this important information by contacting us to host this entire archive on their servers independently as well. This will insure making this information available to the public world wide for generations to come.

This is being done as part of a 1st year Memorial for our dear friend the late honorable James Black. He stood for humanistic principles on all these issues and set an example that all should follow. He fully promoted these concepts with 'no fear' on all people's behalf, and was evidently willing to die for this most noble cause..

A Small Tribute to James W. Black:

Greetings! The one year anniversary of the passing of James W. Black will be upon us on August 1, 2004, and this e-mail is being sent to commemorate him in a small way, and to notify you of his passing.

You are receiving this e-mail probably because a year ago you were receiving a lot of lengthy e-mails from James Black, or from Genesis 888, discussing his lawsuits against the governments of Canada and the United States, with regards to the theft and suppression of the antigravity experiments of scientist John Hutchison, among other things.

Are you at all curious as to why you have been no longer receiving these voluminous e-mails? You are no longer receiving these e-mails because James Black is no longer with us; he passed away on August 1, 2003. He was found on his bed in his apartment, and the autopsy says it was a natural death, "possible heart attack". At the time of his death, he was 51 years old (born November 25, 1951), in perfect health, and had never had any heart problems.

It is my belief that James Black was assassinated because he was a "whistle-blower" (see discussion below).

ABOUT JAMES W. BLACK:

From his obituary notice,

"With profound regret we announce the passing of James, beloved brother and son. A gifted pianist, he will be remembered not only for his intensely creative intellect, but also for his deep sense of spirituality and for his kindness and humanity."

I have been a close friend and associate of James for more than a quarter of a century, and I would like to add that he had a consistently good disposition, a great sense of humor, a love for adventure, and he was absolutely fearless.

His love and compassion for mankind can be gathered from the following quotes from a personal e-mail which I received from James, shortly before his death, and saved:

"I do not let the past interfere with cooperative projects and programs to benefit the world's future, our environment, people in all countries and our world's living ecology. I am willing to work with anyone who works on humanitarian, energy-related and commercial projects."

"I am humanitarian and this defines the realm in which I can operate that are acceptable to all decent people in all countries. I also am willing to learn about the cultures of others and to treat others who are decent, decently, as human beings."

Here are a couple of other quotes from James Black which show his true sense of love and compassion for mankind:

"All of us and our true supporters were patriotic with a universal, humanitarian perspective, supporting decency, human rights, dignity, liberty and the right of each and every decent individual to engage in the pursuit of happiness and this included all people from all nations, cultures, races and religions, so long as one does not harm others"

"It is my belief that there are honorable men and women in the military services and intelligence communities of all countries of our world. No one country, culture or race can ever be blamed for the greed, corruption and for the evils of our world. I have always believed in and still continue to believe in cooperative, peaceful programs to establish harmony, friendships, understanding and peace among and between all of the countries, nations, races, peoples, religions and cultures of our world. These will not ever be accomplished by harming the decent and the innocent in any country of our world!"

James W. Black was a noble man, a man with vision, and a man with a sincere compassion for mankind. He wasan professional entrepreneur, a hard worker, a promoter, an excellent communicator, and a solicitor, from which he made a meager living throughout his life. He was an extrovert, very intelligent, and extremely likable. James was loved and much respected by his many friends, but he also had enemies.

THE DEATH OF JAMES W. BLACK:

When I first heard of the death of James Black, the first thought that entered my mind was that - because of his work, the business he was in, his associates, his battles with the establishment, and his "whistle-blowing" - he had been murdered by professional "hit men". I searched for and found two amateur psychics, whom I did not know, and who did not know James Black, who were willing to do a free, no-charge "reading" on James and his death. The readings were done independently of each other, and at different times. Because the readings done for me by these two strangers were uncompensated, there would be no reason for them to "string me along" for financial gain.

The results were nothing short of astounding!

Psychic #1:

"...as for your friend, James, what came in a quick, hazy glimpse was a forearm...inside view, just below the elbow crease...possibly a right arm. There is a tiny pinprick type red mark that may be either something related to a blood test prior to his death (possible check-up/examination) or it may have been an injection of some type. It's impossible for me to tell at this time, given the quickness of the image. I'm not sure what this means...but, this term also came in...potassium chloride." (I subsequently did a Google search on "potassium chloride" and came up with:

"{an injection of} potassium chloride is given at a lethal dose in order to interrupt the electrical signaling essential to heart function. This induces cardiac arrest."

Further investigation came up with the following from a court case:

"In February, Halifax Provincial Court Judge Hughes Randall dismissed murder charges against Morrison, ruling that there was insufficient evidence to show that her alleged euthanasia attempt actually caused Mill's death. Crown attorney Craig Boterrill argued that Randall's set a 'very bad precedent'. Moreover, Boterrill said that Randall's decision was faulty since part of his decision was based on a coroner's report which indicated that the suspected killing agent administered to patient Mills, potassium chloride, could not be found in his blood stream. Boterrill pointed out that potassium chloride is never found in the bodies of murder victims, it is 'the perfect instrument to commit the perfect murder', he said."

I later asked if Psychic #1 had any prior knowledge of potassium chloride. Psychic #1 responded: "I was not aware of what potassium chloride was or what it did.")

Psychic #2:

(note: The reading of Psychic #2 was done after the reading of Psychic #1, with no knowledge of the reading of Psychic #1).

Psychic #2 does not give much credence to "conspiracy theories. Psychic #2 told me: "Now, I am not a person who gives much credit to conspiracy theories in general, however...I do feel there is some government or large entity (company) that has something to do with this. This has a very X-Files feeling to it.")

"I do not feel that (James Black's) passing was a natural occurrence, and that there is much more to this than meets the eye. I do feel that there is a big corporation or like government group that was watching him for some time. They had been taping and listening as well. I do need to tell you that there is also a connection to, like, an eastern European, or south African guttural language, that I also feel is connected to this - it's a guttural type of dialect - so Russian...south African, that type of language. I will also tell you that the way James passes was through something that was actually taken in through the skin. I get the distinct feeling of something being absorbed - sounds strange, I know, but that is what I feel. I also feel like someone else was, like, being kept informed by James about things...can't get the name, like hank...Hans...there is a H name attached to this. I know this is going to sound corny, but I feel like he was about to release something, or was to talk about something that he had found, and that this was not allowed to happen. I also need to tell you that I know that you think there is a government connection to this, and there is. But there is also, like, a big company like a petro chem. company...pharmacy company, attached here as well. This is all to do with his work. The investigation into his death was slipshod, to say the least, and something has gone missing from the investigation, or wasn't done. Like, there should have been photos, or something, that was never done, otherwise you would see the bruises. He had bruising around his arms and on the side of his neck. These are details that wouldn't have seemed too suspicious. ...and, I don't know what 1973, like the year 1973, means, but he gives me the number 1973. And, do you know the name TAN? He is saying "tan". I also need to tell you that his passing was actually painless and fast; he crossed very quickly. I feel there is something strange about how he was found, not what you would expect. He keeps showing me a ring, like a ring with what looks like a stone center, it looks like. And, I also feel like something was removed from his inside pocket, like a jacket pocket. There really is a mystery about this. ... Okay, let me say he has made the transition. There is a real mystery around his death, but he seems to think the truth is already known, just can't be proved. ... and, let me also tell you that this was, like, a professional thing, done by people who knew what they were doing."

The following information is relayed with some reservation, however it has come to my way from a reputable well known source of many years and is considered very relevant to the purpose for which we serve. However, with all due respect I must issue the following disclaimer here, in the best interest of UFORCE and Psi APPLICATIONS. We can neither confirm nor deny the validity and truth of this information, and present it here only in the public's best interest, so knowledge and awareness of it may occur and it can be freely pursued. It is our feeling this information is credible however, and we fully encourage any investigative journalist to undertake its reporting. INITIAL INTRODUCTION TO JAMES BLACK

Back in 1996 I attended a presentation Uri Geller was giving at the Learning Annex in San Francisco. He was just coming back into the public scene after a hiatus of several years, and I was very interested to view some astounding demonstrations he was going to perform.

Later I took upon the opportunity to chat with Eldon Byrd whom was serving as his assistant at the time. Eldon Byrd held an MS degree from George Washington University as a Medical Engineer, and had previously held many different US Govt. assignments such as Strategic Systems Analyst, Operations Research Analyst, Cryogenic Engineer, Head of the Department of Defense Environmental Projects Office, Project Manager for the Navy's Metal Matrix Composites Program and Project Manager of the Marine Corps Non-Lethal Electromagnetic Weapons Project. While Eldon had come to be known as the talented scientist once involved in R&D for the US. Non-Lethal Weapons Development Program, he was considered a top expert in electronic warfare and mind control technologies. As such he was a highly sought speaker at associated conferences and his dissemination of this information into the public realm was a high public service.

We had discussed an active case file of ours related to an event that occurred up in the Canada, Ontario area back in the early 70's. I had been entrusted by the main group of witnesses to carry forward this investigation, which initially involved a 'mass abduction' of over 40 people. This group of ETs seemed to have a plan for this core group to aid in the set up of an eventual interfacing experiment. One that occurred over a 10 year period between upwards of two hundred private individuals and several different species of ET's from the associated group. There were many substantial individuals and organizations that had participated in conferences related to this, as verified by many different sources of documentation. He seemed to have an acknowledge awareness of what I was speaking of and with a sure strong conviction referred me to make contact with a fellow by the name of James Black. As he jotted down the contact information I noted with extreme interest that James just happened to live in the Ontario area, and more precisely within the direct proximity of the case's geographical location.

Over time, Eldon and I had come to share a kindred connection related to our common interest in the associated paranormal fields. I came to respect him as a mentor of sorts in this area, as he demonstrated a keen scientific intellect and understanding of these things. I am saddened to say that Eldon recently passed away due to his fight with an unexpected rapid onset of cancer.
Eldon conducted scientific research in its truest vein, maintaining an open mind and attitude, while considering all possibilities that may exist. He would never fear to push the envelope as might be needed, sometimes extending far beyond the currently accepted paradigm. Yet he would do so while still applying scientific discipline, protocol, and care. No where is this evidenced more then in his latest investigative experiment, recently completed just before his passing. This experiment was set up by him to attempt the actual recording of 'voices' being heard in certain peoples heads. These folks were intelligent rational people and there was a growing circle of these individuals that were being targeted this way. Due to the nature of the messages and sounds that were heard by them it had been determined that possible electronic mind control technologies were being deployed for this. Eldon had applied his expertise and knowledge in this field to construct a cutting edge device capable of focusing a sensitive pickup of the frequency to then process it into an audible sound. Utilizing his self designed equipment with applied protocols he was able to initially document these voices as an external source. Needless to say this was to the great relief for the individual being tested. His final research paper on this project is amazing as it shows the associated details, setup, and results of this experiment.

Eldon was indeed a rare breed in our world, serving as a true scientist within its deepest long held respects. His passing is a loss to the scientific and research communities at large, and I'm sure he will be sorely missed by many others as well.

BACKGROUND OF MY ASSOCIATION WITH JAMES BLACK

Given Eldon's status as a reputable and serious scientist connected and involved at very high levels, and considering his partnership with James in 'The Realm Inc',I considered James Black to be fully certified and verified.

James Black impressed me as an intriguing and eloquent individual from our very first phone conversation back in December of 1996. Not only did he display a high degree of knowledge and intelligence, but he seemed embossed with a high pedigree that was almost noble in nature. One that viewed all people and countries of Earth as equal and being as one. Capable of advanced understanding, and having the power to overcome all vices and conflicts of the current day, moving towards a unified peaceful future for all. This was divinely expressed and related by him in our first conversation as I was instinctively left with the impression he contained an' insider's knowledge' in matters of a very high esoteric nature, and universal knowledge.

This was no better demonstrated then in the first paragraph of a fax he sent shortly after our first conversation. I quote James Black as follows:

"Dear Mr. Moreno, Thank you for your call of this evening. I very much enjoyed talking with you and I am sure that we can provide mutual beneficial connections who are working for a new Renaissance world wide by all countries, persons and peoples. this shall be of consideration and compassion for all and shall be accomplished within the Light of Our Creator, Who created all persons, souls, creatures and living things throughout the universes, including our Extraterrestrial friends. All live within what I refer to as The True, Living and Eternal Spiritual Realm of The Creator and survive as souls beyond biological' death' in The True, Living and Eternal Realm."

James and I continued our correspondence via occasional phone conversations and by fax over the years. James had related an extensive and detailed history of his involvement with numerous other high level individuals in various 'Black Opts' programs here in the US. These programs were ran at well known facilities and ranged in everything from advanced propulsion / anti- gravity systems and plausible zero point energy systems to advanced particle beam and electromagnetic wave weapons systems for SDI systems. He related an extensive insider's knowledge of, and contacts to, fantastic events existing in the sci-fi realm such as the Philadelphia Experiment and its Chief Engineer. All of this was openly related to and shared with Psi APPLICATIONS, with a seeming intent by James and his associated circle, to also serve our creed of "Humanity's Right To Know".

I received dozens of faxes over the years as part of a small list of recipients, many who were at the highest levels of associated government and military circles. It was extremely interesting how all these high level contacts were not just centered in the US, but appeared to extend globally over time into Russia and China as well. It is intriguing that James claims to have never attended any high level educational institutions and has no academic degrees a tall. Like wise that he has never been officially enrolled in any government or military position, yet his global associations seem almost historically tied in their mutual familiarity.

Many high level contacts within the US sphere were directly related to me within the highest regard through these mutually generated faxes from James. They were related for the purposes of my generating an expected two way dialog with some of these individuals, which I must admit I cautiously never followed through with. There was also detailed documentation that verified his involvement with these projects and individuals including an overview of certain associated technical details on some of the technologies. Much of this documentation revealed certain definite circles within the government's Black Ops programs involved with covert R&D of 'saucer' technology, craft production, and usage.

The main points here I think is there was never a single denial or disputing by any of these individuals to James claims over time, yet I had indeed verified the addresses and names of the recipients. Also I had discovered there was a limited knowledge and awareness of James Black and his past works amongst a few respected researchers I associated with. These factors along with Eldon Byrd's original referral combined in my mind to underscore James Black integrity and truth in a most positive vein.

All through these years up into late 2001 concerns were also related over abuse by certain associated elements in these Black Opps programs, along with a possible intended misuse of these technologies for political domination and control over the masses. While associated parties were originally working as loyal dedicated patriots for the US programs, the understood intention was aimed towards their potential in positive applications and usage. Though these technologies were being developed under a military and Black Opps wing, and could certainly be used in very destructive ways, there were also clear beneficial applications that served in many areas from environmental toxic clean up to unlimited free nonpolluting energy. Development of these technologies through the US programs were intended to keep these advances from falling into the 'less intending' hands of other countries. However misrepresentations by associated US parties became obvious after clear breeches and abandonment of established protocols began to occur upon having reached certain stages of development. To further it subsequent clandestine operations began aimed at undermining and derailing thievery dedicated individuals that created it.

Recently around the past year or so James has came on to the Internet very strong, opening up with the full exposure of this related information through a massive publicity campaign. Detailed claims of his involvement with numerous others in R&D of these advanced technologies for certain US entities and the malicious actions taken by them, have been articulately laid out and emailed ailed across the globe to very high circles. The implied covert actions ranged from focused harassment to planned thefts of technological developments, as well as actual threats and even attempts at murder.

I hold hope that James' publicity campaign will prevent such actions from occurring any further. Likewise, such publicity serves the overall humanitarian goal of raising public consciousness and awareness on these issues, and the positive benefits that could be derived from such advances, to be rightfully shared by all of humanity in its mutual benefit.

This is our intent as well in presenting this information, and shall include with it the latest threads of disclosure and exchange between James Black, John Hutchison and myself.

In this recent exchange I was enlightened to become acquainted with John Hutchison as a friend of James Blacks. For those who aren't familiar with John Hutchison he is a well known experimental scientist that has pushed beyond conventional boarders and created / discovered a possible new field of energy or power that could open up a whole new world of possibilities. Many may be well familiar with the physics terminology of "The Hutchison's Effect", which refers to anomalous results obtained from his electromagnetic experiments. These results are quite akin to ''antigravity', and even the manipulation and possible opening of some sort of dimensional portal. John Hutchison is also well known for his Hutchison Induction Lifters, currently being used in US military applications.

John Hutchison has occasionally been previewed on the Science and History Channels and a couple of years ago Fox Network did a show in his lab that included the filming of an 'antigravity' demonstration in effect. It involved an actual toy saucer used as the object being manipulated in the generated electromagnetic field showing its dynamic reactions gyrating and being tossed about in mid air.

This is what makes this particular release of such relevant interest for we are also including along with all the other material, 7 video clips of this anti gravity experiment in John's lab. Also included in this special release is John's personal explanation of associated technical details and issues, in response to a series of questions that I submitted to him.

Thanks for the video of the toy Saucer using your invention of the Antigravity technology. If the US. and Canadian governments had not closed both of us down, threatened our lives and stolen the technology, then you and I would already have a number of

His father has an influential background and can most likely keep C.S.I.S. from interfering further if his son gets involved with us. Years ago, in California, my partner, Mr. Richard Bruce MacFarlane, invented and developed the Particle Beam Laser or MASS AMPLIFIER (MARS Weapon) at the U.S. China Lake Naval Weapons Laboratory. We were close friends and partners. Since that time, I have designed and invented industrial and commercial technology comprising a "THERMAL LASER" based on infrared techniques to generate EM(Electromagnetic) Waves and Radiation. This past year, I invented and designed "TIME", an Advanced Thermal Interferential Molecular Energy Device comprising two Beams at a Differential in Frequencies that coincide on a target and then generate a third interferential wave pattern or frequency (based upon the differential in frequencies of the two incoming EM Waves/Beams), achieving a standing wave pattern which amplifies and permeates throughout a target achieving internal molecular resonance and target disintegration. Unlike a "Laser" or "Particle Beam Weapon" that "punches" a hole through a target in the precise location that it contacts a "target" or mass, the 3rd Interference Wave Pattern generated by "TIME" internally within a target, e.g., an aircraft carrier or jet aircraft, etc., or even an asteroid (for peaceful applications which will protect the Earth), permeates throughout the complete mass of the target from its point or area of initial contact and beam intersection. This technology is more advanced in some areas than the Russian Intersecting Interference Beam Weapon System that was used in the downing of a number of Commercial Airline Flights (as tests) and, according to two U.N. (United Nations) Advisors I've previously spoken with, in the downing of the U.S. Space Shuttle a number of years ago. Also, according to the two U.N. Advisors, it has already been accessed and acquired by an alliance of the Japanese and Russian Mafias. Regardless, I am only interested in the commercial, industrial and humanitarian technology developments, markets, applications and implementations of the "TIME" Devices and Technology, e.g., for mining and medical applications, etc.

Thank you for the documents that you sent to me which I received this morning in the mail. I was particularly interested to read the letter from the U.S. Department of Energy, Albuquerque Operations Office, New Mexico, United States of America, dated May 08, 2000, which stated:

"This letter is the final response to your February 14, 2000, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for "information conducted on behalf of the U.S. government by the Los Alamos National Laboratory. You relate this report to a discovery made by a Canadian citizen, Mr. John Hutchison, and his subsequent video tape of the results, also known as the Hutchison Effect."

"LAAO (The Los Alamos Area Office) asked the Los Alamos National National Laboratory (LANL) to search for responsive records.

LANL searched for responsive records to your request and no records we relocated. LANL searched their Data Bases using the name John Hutchison and John Alexander. Searching the Z-Number Listing and the Employee Information System, LANL stated that the Laboratory never employed Mr. Hutchison. Searching the Z- Number Listing and the Employee Information System, LANL stated Mr. Alexander was employed at the Laboratory from 1988 to 1995. LANL queried the CIC-14 Research Library On-Line Catalog using the title, "The Hutchison Effect" and the name "John Hutchison".

Dr. John Alexander has been a leading advocate for the development of non-lethal weapons since he created renewed interest in the field starting in 1989. An original thinker, he has developed other unique concepts for conflict that must remain undisclosed at this time.

He entered the US Army as a private in 1956 and rose through the ranks to sergeant first class, attended OCS, and was a colonel of Infantry in 1988 when he retired. During his varied career, he held many key positions in special operations, intelligence, and research and development. >From 1966 through early 1969 he commanded Special Forces A Teams in Vietnam and Thailand. His last military assignment was as Director, Advanced Systems Concepts Office, US Army Laboratory Command. After retiring from the Army, Dr. Alexander joined Los Alamos National Laboratory where he was instrumental in developing the concept of Non -Lethal Defense. As a program manager, he conducted non-lethal warfare briefings at the highest levels of government including the White House Staff, National Security Council, Members of Congress, Director of Central Intelligence, and senior Defense officials. He also met with heads of industry, and presented at academic institutions, including Columbia, Harvard and MIT.

Dr. Alexander organized and chaired the first five major conferences on non-lethal warfare and served as a US delegate to four NATO studies on the topic. As a member of the Council on Foreign Relations non-lethal warfare study, he was instrumental in influencing the report that is credited with causing the Department of Defense to create a formal Non-Lethal Weapons Policy in July 1996. For several years, he has been a distinguished guest lecturer at the US Air Force Air University and participated in key war games when non-lethal weapons were first being considered.

Dr. Alexander wrote the seminal articles on current non-lethal warfare. He published articles in Harvard International Review, Jane s International Defense Review, The Boston Globe, The Futurist, The Washington Post, and several other defense journals. Articles about him and his work can be found in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, News Week, The Sunday Times (London),Panorama (Italy), Konrad (Germany), The LA Times, Wired Magazine, GQ, Scientific American, the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, and many others. He has appeared on Dateline, Fox News, Larry King, CNN, and other U.S. programs plus international television in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK, and Japan.

Academically, he holds a M.A., Pepperdine University, Ph.D., Walden University, and later attended the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, the Sloan School at MIT, and the Kennedy School of Government general officer program National and International Security for Senior Executives at Harvard University. Currently, he works as president of LEADS, Inc., serves as a consultant to CINCUS Special Operations Command and is a member of the National Research Council Committee for Assessment of Non-Lethal Weapons Science and Technology. My research, inventions and technologies have been focused on providing educational benefits and benefits to our world's environment and living ecology through their commercial viability and through commercial success, e.g., (1)"The Genesis Technologies" convert the wave motion and energy of our world’s seas and oceans through turbines, wings or pontoons that surround and comprise the hulls of marine vessels and via a transmission into stored rotational energy in flywheel-generators which can be downloaded to power a vessel's electrical systems and to provide propulsion via an electric motor(s) which drive the vessel's props, etc.. The Genesis Technologies ("Genesis") can reduce fuel costs and consumption by up to and prospectively over fifty percent (almost like "perpetual motion" and perpetually free energy supplies, i.e., when also implemented as floating power generating stations or as auxiliary and emergency electrical energy generation systems for yachts and recreational vehicles, etc.). I have also designed and invented an Advanced Silent Drive that does not have an "acoustic signature pattern" and which is very effective as an Advanced Marine Drive/Propulsion System. Related to this and also recommended to the Pentagon and to the U.S. Office of Naval Research in Arlington, Virginia by my previous partners at the Hughes Aircraft Company and Delco Electronics Company(California, U.S.A.), is an Advanced Centrifugal Thrust Turbine Drive which replaces conventional propellers and which will never cavitate yet increases its performance at higher r.p.m. (revolutions per minute). The hollow wheel is rotated by jet/rocket nozzles on the wheel's rim. Mechanical energy is provided by the wheel's rotation in a fashion similar to the motion of a reciprocating piston within its cylinder of an internal combustion or diesel engine. The products produced during the combustion of the preferred fuels of Hydrogen or Hydrogen Peroxide (which is stable and not volatile or dangerous compared to hydrogen) are steam (which is condensed into pure water) and oxygen. With an energy efficiency of up to twice or more the efficiencies of conventional internal combustion and diesel engines, "Resurrection", comprising an electric motor-generator attached to the rotating wheel, etc., is also designed to replace conventional electric power generating stations and technologies at a fraction of their costs, e.g., nuclear, coal and gas burning, and co-generation electrical generating stations as well as effectively compete with the smaller, portable generators on the markets today. Dear John,

Thank you for your thoughts and copy of the letter from Prince Hans-Adam of Liechtenstein. It is an interesting letter and written some what ambiguously when you take a closer look at it.

On one hand he writes "... that I would be willing to financially support his research to set up new experiments and to find out more about the laws of nature that are behind the Hutchison effect.". And then he says essentially "... that without further research the Hutchison effect will remain a curiosity and many scientists will say that fraud was involved.".

Then he writes, as if in the distant future, that "I have not given up the hope that John Hutchison will one day agree that solid engineering and research are necessary if he wants that his experiments lead to some practical applications.". In essence, he's stating that he does not envision providing funding to you in the near future!

What can I say, John? You know and I know that Prince Hans-Adam has backed Mr. George Hathaway who ran the Toronto Prototype Facility that I funded for around U.S. $75,000. Then, U.S. Colonel John Alexander, Director, U.S. Pentagon-C.I.A.Non -Lethal Weapons Program, U.S. Army Intelligence came to the Toronto facility where they were replicating your Antigravity technology and device and began covertly paying the Hathaways on behalf of U.S. Army Intelligence. Later, the U.S. Los Alamos National Laboratory came to your Vancouver, B.C., Canada laboratory and took over 30 hours of videotape of all of your laboratory equipment and of your experiments. This also enabled them to replicate your research and devices at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Colonel John Alexander was also later working with the U.S. Los Alamos National Laboratory. The Los Alamos National Laboratory and the U.S. government were able to provide the funding to enable the "solid engineering and research" (per the letter from Prince Hans-Adam) to develop your technology to where it is today in the stable of U.S. military and advanced aerospace technologies, including for weapons. Mr. George Hathaway would have relayed this information to Prince Hans-Adam as US. Colonel John Alexander is a personal friend of his. I had a contract with the Hathaways (George and his father, Norman) along with Mr. Alex PEZARRO to fund and direct the development of the project concerning your invention of the Lift Induction Device and Antigravity Technology. The intervention of U.S. Colonel John Alexander, U.S. Army Intelligence and the U.S. Los Alamos Laboratory along with the threats and attempts on our lives, e.g., even to the life of Mrs. Lowell Hukill, U.S. Department of State, Ret., et al., effectively prevented us from protecting and reclaiming the projects at that time and effectively shut down not only this project and the research facilities in Toronto and Vancouver but all of our other projects and facilities in the United States of America. Even the Deputy Prime Minister of Canada accused the United States government of stealing the technology. The technology is a multi- billion dollar technology. Later C.S.I.S., the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service, came into your laboratory facility when you were away in Europe and stole over $1 Million of your laboratory equipment, thereby preventing you from once again developing any technology let alone replicate and refine your invention of the antigravity technology. All they ever had to do was ask for license and to work with us, as you know. The U.S. government didn't care less about all of the decent, honorable and patriotic citizens in the United State sand in Canada who were financially supporting the projects when they effectively shut down all of the projects and prevented any successful commercial developments. This is one of the greater disgraces and abuses of human right sin modern history knowingly undertaken by the governments of the United States of America and of Canada. I have consulted with an attorney in California who was our attorney at the time and who is a witness to almost all of the events that took place. He has copies of our documentation. He has stated that the governments of Canada and the United States of America are liable and legally responsible for the payments of reparations due to the damages they have caused. They are also guilty of felony offenses including conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murders and theft, et al..

I will be forwarding a copy of this letter to Mr. Ted Gunderson, Esq., who waste Senior Special Agent In-Charge for the Los Angeles and southern California Division of the U.S. F.B.I. and who has headed up Anti-Terrorist Teams at two Olympics and who has interfaced directly with The White House and the Attorney General of the United States of America. I have to admit this latest e-mail has charged me like nothing has in a long time! (-: Yet I wonder if you might consider sharing just a little more direct information on this video clip. Pertinent details, which are important from any investigative query or point of view. The video clip is fascinating from a viewable point, yet analyses, without the original video, would be difficult from a scientific point of view due to the compression ratio required. However pertinent background details like when, where, how big, controlled by what, is model still in existence, etc....anything supportive along those lines would be very helpful? I'll be honest, I'm 'chomping at the bit on this one guys. (-: If you can't divulge any details then just tell me and I shall accept, however I have a feeling 'the cats clearly out of the bag so to speak, so I hope you don't mind my asking these mundane details.

My main question: Is this video clip for release into the general public community /sphere at large? Is that the purpose or intent here? Or is it to be kept private to only those on the e-mail header? I think it's obvious what the intent is, yet I wouldn't feel right doing anything without asking first. I think it's easy to understand how the pertinent logistics associated with the clip are a necessity to foster its serious consideration.

This query on the indicated concerns and issues is not in any way meant to question your honesty or integrity, but instead to guarantee the positive benefits our aid might actually render you! Christopher and UFORCE have a connection with the Sci Fi channel serving as its UFO Advisory Panel, opening the door for possible mainstream media considerations.

John, as you know I have expressed both my admiration and honor to become associated with you here recently within the past 6 months or so, and as such have become familiar with your incredible breakthroughs of the Laws of Physics, having achieved numerous staggering results of levitation, zero-point energy effects, and numerous associated anomalies, your fame is recognized through what's become known as the 'Hutchison Effect'.

Many might consider you to be at a level compared to Tesla or even Eienstein, which his quite a compliment in itself, adding to a certain foreknowledge and unquestioned acceptance of your being credibility and truth in these endeavors. So again please understand as I stated to James, this is not to question any of that, but instead iso insure such a release's full security and benefit toward your cause. At the very least there are a few limited simple questions directly related to the videos that should be answered.

I'll lay those out toward the end, however the main issue and concern we see, is one everyone else will see as well and directly take an aim at. I'll be blunt and direct with the logistics of this concern, in the hopes you can assist us by directly addressing each point to explain it. Finally, an easy solution is proposed to counteract any possible resulting negativity labeling this as a hoax, but you would have to agree to and follow through with it.

VIDEO CLIP ISSUES & CONCERNS:

1) Video # 2 has what appears as a 'stringline' on the left of the screen (check it out!), that appears to move up and down in sync with the saucer's movements.

2) This clip could be digitized, so 32 frames a second became observable, and enlarge a cropped section of the saucer itself, to see any evidence of a line coming down to it's location ( as from the distance the cam had from the saucer any line could have been camouflaged into the background). Such an analyses would surely be performed by someone when this becomes an issue.

3) Further suspicions would be raised when the cam is suddenly is moved to the right, cutting out the this line's view ability just prior to the saucer's gyrating motion sequence. Obviously an observer might want to take notice of this sequence to see if the motion of the possible 'line' is in sync, however it would almost seem there is an attempt to suddenly correct this.

4) Video #1 is the close up that James requested from John, yet only appears to be a close up from a top view, while the cam remains perfectly still and the saucer does not deviate in the least bit, moving up and down exactly on a set vertical axis.

5) While the cam doesn't reveal any other views sideways or under, there is a continuous 'blind spot' in the upper portion that leave open the possibility of a controlling shaft of some sort that could originate from under the table, which if this were the case would have to raise and lower the saucer on the exact same axis, without any deviation or wobbling. If you observe this clip it does not seem to be a segment of the other one, as the saucer stays perfectly in a possible perfect needed alignment to facilitate its controlling shaft hidden in the blind spot below.

6) Obviously the first thing anyone on such a critical review path will assume is the close up clip might have been created in an attempt to relieve considerations of a controlling line that might have been generated by the oversight in the first clip (video #2). Obviously, having a top view of the saucer coming virtually right up to the cam lens would allow anyone to see there was no such line.

So gentlemen there you have it. I feel bad questioning your integrity like this, but I will hope you might appreciate and respect these observations and concerns as logistically viable and valid. A few possibilities exist to address this issue.

1) Explanation directly addressing these concerns in the best way possible.

2) Affirmation that this event was witnessed by other credible sources that can be verified. Is this is a segment of the same footage that Fox News shot of a successful' small UFO' levitation, as stated by John on the Lou Gentile Show ? - Nov. 2001 Lou Gentile Show Interview (49:00 segment) This would be the easiest and best resolution to the issue, or even a replacement segment of that clip itself.

3) Any other, or longer footage, that might be made available of this demonstration)

4) EASY SOLUTION - BEST RESOLUTION - Agreement to send a digitized copy of the original video clip to us. This would allow for the best analyses with minimal variables. It is possible converting the original clip into a viewable Internet file with needed compression created a rendering glitch resulting in this lines phantom appearance. Having a copy of the original in digitized format would enable true analyses.

Finally there is a list of simple questions directly related to these clips, that many inquiring scientific or investigative minds will want to know, and should reasonably expect to have an answer to. Without any answers they'll automatically become suspect, thinking there is a need to hide something.

QUESTIONS:
1) When were these video clips taken?
2) Where was the location, country, city, address etc...?
3) What type of cam corder were these shots taken with?
4) Would you be willing to send us a digitized copy of the original?
5) Can this experiment / demonstration be currently re-created and duplicated?
6) How large is the saucer's diameter?
7) What is the nature of its drive system and power source?
8) Is this saucer independently powered from within its shell or from outside magnetic fields of some sort?
9) If controlled independently from inside itself, how is it possible for the drive system to be so small for this?
10) How is the saucer being controlled & made to perform its particular motions,l anding, gyrations etc....?
11) Who was handling these controls?
12) What is the purpose of the equipment seen in the video? Is it directly related to this saucer's functioning?

Again, I hope you both appreciate the detail and time I've taken to pay attention to these issues in all our best interest. It is not a personal shot at questioning your integrity or honesty. Specifically, it is to prevent damage from occurring to anyone's potential as being considered a worthy, reputable, and credible source, that has never been caught in prior deception. hi thank you for your e-mail I indicated to all its entertainment only as no witness’s where present these where not taken from video but an old back pack unit for computers I for got about them; but have on video better stuff with the same toy UFO all taken in 1999 then 2000 for fox TV these are pre test observations in 2002 summer it was decided to anchor the 6 inch diameter toy plastic saucer with a small rope so we did not have to do retakes for www.gryphoneproductions.com the wire in the left hand screen is apolythermalized wire with corona paint on it going from floor on an angel to the hi voltage unit above the saucer about 7 feet its an 10 foot long gigantic system looks like a space cannon but is a hi voltage and rf system the wire no 32 gauge would indeed move in motion with the test object as well as other objects 50,000 vdc @ 1 miliampere and 455 kilohertz rf and 500000 electrostatic volts ion spray system so you have to be very care full not to touch anything as static clings as the electrostatic field pulsates when objects move within it wires cables and coils if sitting with out anchorage the field moved the camera unit an old ball type that fed into the tape unit I no longer have but dumperd whatever was in it threw Logitech* videos I would say my self it looks funny I have one more video in this computer inotices it compresses the stuff anyway that’s where it stands the other tapes I have no ideas on how to send it threw the computer they are very long and very clear again the floor can be seen in pulse with the effects and a host of other objects all kinds of stuff these videos threw the computer are terrible quality yuk they are not that clear as compared to another set done processionally and with fox TV April 29 2000 the gryphon one will air in 2003 all this stuff filmed in new west much to the dislike of the police and niebuors keep well think positive jh oops forgot the toy UFO has a motor in it and runs from batteries the motor spins around as its got permanent magnets in it that plays havoc with the electrostatic field its meant to be put on the floor and it will run around on the floor only looks cool I DON’T THINK IT WAS MEANT TO BE WITHIN THESE FIELDS PROJECTED ONTO IT HA HA IT STILL WORKS HA HAAS IT SMASHED INTO A LOT OF STUFF AND I WILL NOT PUT A MOUSE IN IT DID YOU GET THE STORY OF THE MOUSE IN THE CONVENTIONAL LIFTER TECH THAT’S GOING ON THAT MOUSE SHOULD GET A PRESIDENTIAL AWARD

We appreciate it as it clears things up quite a bit. Initially when we had received the first video clip 'Video2.WMV', these important details were lacking, and James' subject line of 'LOGITECH* E-MAIL OF TRUE MINIATURE FLYING SAUCER USING ACTUAL ANTIGRAVITY TECHNOLOGY ENCLOSED!!' led me to consider the video showing an actual real miniature saucer, powered by its own antigravity technology. Our observations were based upon seeing that cool toy UFO doing its thing turning, pulsing, and flashing, showing major responses to your externally created field. Of course this would have been an amazing breakthrough since I didn't see how such technology could be designed in such a small prototype! Initially just looking at the first video under those pretenses, it could have easily passed for the real mac coy as it looked so real with the sync between the flashing /pulsing and the lifting! (-:

However now with your explanation it all makes sense and clears up all the issues that had me going. I appreciate the clarifications John. Very cool amazing work you've done, and continue to do. Hang on to all that video documentation you have. Someone should digitize it for you. It's an easy process. Basically you just play the footage on whatever format it is, feed it into a digital cam with inputs, and record it on a time encoded digital tape. This creates a new digitized format that can be broken down to 32 frames per second, for scientific analyses. Also, it is then preserved forever and will not degenerate any further as a digitized format can be shifted into computer programs and then recorded back on to new digital tape over and over never loosing any generational loss, as would normally be experienced with age and transfers in analog footage.

I am extremely interested in learning more of the paranormal events / fields created in some of your experiments and am very curious to know what plausible theories you may have developed in your mind on all that. Such as possible dimensional doorways time travel, etc.... Would be very interested to know if there is anywhere I can learn more about this related to your work. Very interested in the referenced building that disappeared? Just heard it briefly mentioned on your interview on Lou Gentile show. I'm also very curious to know if you have any concepts on how to create a viable communications technology device to attempt communication with UFO craft that are within a range of 2000'. Light beam communicators were used successfully in a number of occasions back from the 60's through the 70's. That was with the design tech of them back then. Nowadays there are major advances in this I suppose.

So I will be creating an HTML section that will portray an brief introduction to both of you and your associated work, this latest e -mail thread between us all, all 4 video clips, and James Black's documented exposure of all the US Army Intelligence’s covert escapades. When I'm done I'll forward you guys a copy so you can indicate if there is anything you want removed. hi thank you well I try my best I think art Bell had a lot my TLC TV shows on his site but it was dumped as they needed to rebuild the site it was a lot of stuff from TLC TV that I have copies of the masters I sent Lisa Lyons of coasttocoastam.com a year ago the stuff so I do have many hours of prime video from the 80s and the McDonnell Douglas stuff Hathaway also has a massive collection anyway I did 700 demos in those days even the news people got all the videos except the pentagon stuff and Canadian government stuff however they sent the report plus col alexander was kind enough to send some slides we are still in communication keep well write again
